Another big smile

Well again I have been slacking at my posts. Today Delylah turned 10 months old. Time is flying by and it is almost sad that they are growing up so quickly. Delylah got her first tooth last Thursday. I was worried that she would be gumming her brithday cake in january. We have been super busy around here with preparing for Thanksgiving and getting a jump start on Christmas. Keith works a lot around the holidays so we have to find time to decorate and get all that fun stuff done usually before Thanksgiving so yes we are one of those crazy families with our Christmas trees up and decorations out in the front of our house. Our family Christmas pics were done the other day and Lennah's second birthday pictures. Lennah actually had some great B-day portraits done. It is hard to believe that in 10 days she will be two. She is just talking up a storm and has become a parrot. I have also been in the midst of getting her birthday party details going which is happening the sunday after thanksgiving. I know bad timing to have a party on that weekend when lots of people are out of town but we planned it the weekend after originally but Lennah will be in the local parade with her dance group on the Santa float. Anyway, here are lots of pics to catch everyone up and Happy ten months my sweet little baby.

Before trick or treating

Just too cute

I couldn't resist matching pj's for Santa pics

I know it has been more than two weeks but with two kids things get kind of busy. I guess let me leave off. The kids some what enjoyed Halloween. Keith was at work which made trick or treating difficult even with having my mom to help. Lennah was really tired and did not want to walk from house to house nor go in the stroller with Delylah so I had to carry her around while mom pushed Delylah. Also because it was a friday it seemed that a lot of families were not home so the kids really did not make out when it comes to candy which is still sitting in the halloween bucket because Lennah is not allowed that much candy; basically only pops. But it was cute seeing them dressed up and by next year I think Lennah will be more into the trick or treating thing. It doesn't help that my kids are used to going to bed by 745 so they were exhausted.

Last week I spent much of the week wrapped up in the election which I am sure happened with many people out there. Whatever the outcome it was going to be historic.

Friday we had a busy day as well. The kids had their photos shoot with Santa. I know it is early but that is when target has Santa set to come in and when I made the appt it was the only day they had set up. Which worked out because I found out when I showed up that Santa is coming again on the 30th which would not have worked because that is Lennah's second b-day party. After pics Lennah had to perform at a local fall festival at one of the local elementary schools. Since she still is little it doesn't always go as planned and she stood their staring at the bounce blow ups that were there and obviously the attention span of a not quite two year old goes out the window.

Delylah is growing like a little weed. She is now almost 20lbs and almost 3o inches. We have one quickly growing baby on our hands. She is also into everything and not the shy baby we brought home almost three months ago. Apparently she is learning a lot from Lennah which is getting her into trouble. Both my girls have tastebuds for pedigree dog food. I am not sure where their fine pallets come from but it really is gross chasing the kids out of the dog food. She is also not putting up with big sister picking on her anymore and often she will start pulling Lennah's hair or hitting her back so quite often we have to break up the fights. We feel like referees sometimes.

Well I guess that is all for now. Enjoy all the photos.
